It is rated at 22 MW, has a live steam pressure of 69 bar, an Exhaust steam pressure of 6 to 7.5 bar, an Exhaust steam temp of 195º to 257º C, Stean generation of 50 to 155 t/h and a Rotational speed of 7,000 rpm.
The Elin Generator is a model HTM-110Z04, was also commissioned in 2009 and also has 35,000 hours logged. It is rated at 27 MVA, has a nominal voltage of 10.5 kV, a nominal amperage of 1485 A and a rotational speed of 1500 rpm.
Deaign and Main components of the CFB Boiler. Circulating fluidized bed boiler has a Width x Depth of 7.9M x 4M and a Height of 28.8M. It has a Membrane wall construction, a Hanging vertical type of construction.
It is a 2-pass boiler with 2 coal bunkers, 1 limestone silo, 1 sand silo, 1 Bed ash silo, 1 fly ash silo, 2 ash coolers, 2 Cyclones, 1 tubular air preheater, 1 fabric filter, 1 Primary, 1 Secondary, 1 ID fan and 1 Flue gas recirculation fan.
There is also a 10 MW BBC LP Condensing Set with a matching condenser serving 10 MW BBC LP TG set.
