This Heavy Duty Pipe Straightener will straighten up to 16" diameter pipe. Wall thickness capability is up to 38mm (1-½"). It is equipped with a 400hp DC drive system and is a heavily built machine available for immediate inspection and delivery.

Still installed, this Heavy Duty Tube & Pipe Straightener comes equipped with a 400 hp Drive system.

It has two (2) bottom (Driven) Fixed Height rolls and four (4) Top Rolls used in the straightening process, numbers 1, 2, 3 & 4.

#1 & #3 rolls are diametrically opposed to the fixed height bottom rolls.

Four (4) side rolls are employed to steady and facilitate the rotating of the product. These side rolls are located 90 degrees north & south of the bottom and #1 & #4 top rolls.

The four side rolls have compound angle settings between 27 & 36 degrees.
