The Manufacturing Process is as follows:

1. Round Aluminum blanks are formed
2. These blanks are then positioned
3. Working lubricant is applied to the blanks
4. Blanks are fed into the 1,200 ton press by automatic robot arm and are press formed
5. The 600 ton Deep draw press then forms the cylindrical shape while equalizing the material thickness
6. Cooling: Drawn material is Hi-Temp due to high pressure press & requires cooling.
7. Cutting: Material is cut to size
8. The rim part is formed by a roll forming machine and the light weight high rigidity rim is then finished.
9. Various parts of the 2-piece wheel are then finished.
10. An auto insertion machine assembles the center disk into an indicated inset.
11. The Wheels are Automatically Welded
