Built new in the late 1970's, this machine has never been put into production and, therefore, has no wear.
It is designed for the bending of pipes utilizing a Hydraulic Cylinder.
A digital system allows entering the type and the amount of the bend.
Simple and Stereoscope bending is possible.
It is fully automated except for the loading and off-loading of pipe.
The use of a spiral chuck allows easy working without the changing of a template for each pipe diameter as would be required if a cone type chuck system were employed.
This machine will bend pipes of 1/2" wall thick thickness at its largest diameter capacity of 480mm (18.9"). Thicker walled pipe may be bent as the diameter decreases.
