All built new around 2002

These are three large frame border benders that can bend borders up to 1510mm in Width X 2110mm in Length. Each machine includes a payoff reel that is driven by a 20 HP motor. The wire is fed off of a wire spool, cut to length and four Moog servo driven heads form the border. There is a butt welder implemented on each machine that then butt welds the frame in the center of the width dimension. The frame is then ejected out onto a rack where the operator can unload the frame.
